As a principle shareholder in Frenkle Topping plc we arranged for the restructuring of the business including the move to a new 20,000 sqft office in Manchester a few years ago. We had prior experience of using the InterOffice team and so we were eager to introduce them to Frenkle Topping for the extensive refurbishment of the offices which had then been left vacant for circa 4 years. 

Simon and the team performed to an exceptionally standard both in terms of the quality of the work and the speed in which it was done. Indeed, our team were able to move in some three months ahead of the original schedule which was obviously a significant advantage. The works costs were also completed circa 10% under budget and at a pricing level we were very comfortable with.

Throughout the process I found Simon an excellent communicator and felt like he was very much "home team" in terms of finding and creating solutions where others had simple felt our requirements were not possible or cost effective.

I would certainly use Simon for any future requirements.


Simon and his team at InterOffice recently undertook a total refurbishment of our area, spanning approximately 4000 sqft, which included full fit out and furniture supply. During the design process, I was given full clarity on all details and finishes and therefore everything provided was exactly as expected.

The project was completed on time and I am now left with a beautiful, tailor made area that all staff are proud to work in. I am more than happy with the work carried out by InterOffice and I would highly recommend Simon and his team to anyone looking for refurbishment services.

We have worked with InterOffice on several occasions and each time the team has responded well to the brief, identifying client's needs and giving suggestions on available solutions. One of the projects we worked on was for St George's Hospital in London. Throughout this project we have been pleased with the all the help they gave, including all the samples arranged for testing and preview, where the client could appreciate the look and feel of the furniture before placing the order. As project manager, I was instructed to locate a space and source a company to complete fit out of such space. I was introduced to Simon, who was highly professional and  helpful throughout the process. Simon completed full fit out of our 1500 sqft premises and equipped the entire area with new furniture.

The team were particularly helpful with regards to the partitioning required in the office as they ensured the intricate design accommodated the ceiling apertures. Throughout the process, Simon ensured that each stage was completed on time and to our satisfaction. In October 2018, OQEMA Ltd employed the services of InterOffice to redesign our existing office building in Oxfordshire. Though a new company, we were impressed from the very start by their understanding of our company, our brand, our values and our desire to project the right image of our company after our successful corporate rebrand in January of 2018. 

The initial design plans perfectly encapsulated our vision with a great eye for detail. The options made available for us were on point, focused and uncomplicated which made our selection process easier. 

A professional and respectful workforce was quickly assembled to progress the works. The team, and leaders, operated with real respect for the staff on site whilst they worked around us. At all times, noise and disruption was kept to a minimum and every effort was taken to ensure a safe environment for our staff and those of Matrix.

Throughout the process, as queries and problem arose, they were dealt with quickly and efficiently and in very pragmatic terms. Re-fitting a 1970's office/warehouse complex presented some challenges which were resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

Along the way, new ideas presented themselves and, in some areas, compromises were needed to keep the overall vision on track. This was all executed whilst keeping costs under control resulting in an office refurbishment which has more than met expectations. 

We have a new, stimulating environment, well lit and stylishly presented. We have space for expansion as we grow but, most importantly, we have an office to be proud of that meets the aims and ideals of our company and it's staff.
